Buy Clinic on the Billing page
Checkout starts at 3 seats, and you can raise it there. You hold the first seat yourself. Once payment goes through, a Clinic page appears in your sidebar.

Create an invite link for each physician
Type who it is for, create the link, copy it and send it yourself by email or text. Each link works once, expires in 14 days, and holds a seat while it is out.

Cancel it on your Billing page before you accept, so you are never billed twice.
What does the owner see?
Who holds a seat, and nothing else. Every physician sees only their own claims, patients, denials and revenue.
Someone lost their link.
Cancel that invite on the Clinic page, which frees the seat, and create a new one.
How do we add or remove seats?
The owner opens Manage Billing on the Billing page. The change is prorated.
What happens when a physician is removed?
Their seat is freed right away. They keep their account and every record in it, and pick their own plan to keep billing once any trial of their own is used up.
What if a payment fails?
Every seat becomes read-only until the owner fixes the payment in the billing portal, except for a physician who still has free trial days of their own. Access comes back as soon as the payment goes through.
What if the owner cancels the clinic?
The clinic closes at the end of the billing period. Every physician is released to their own account with their records, and the clinic has to be bought again and the invites sent again to restart it.
