Counted before GST, across as many bills as it takes. If your colleague is on a clinic seat, the clinic's payments count.

AivaMDYour credit is added
One month of your own plan goes on your account as credit and comes off your next bills on its own. You get a notification when it lands. On a Clinic seat it goes on the clinic bill.

Questions physicians ask
I am still on my own trial. Do I lose the credit?
No. It waits as Credit on its way and is added the moment you pick a paid plan.
What if my colleague gets a refund?
If a refund takes what they have paid back under $200, the credit is taken back and the status reads Credit reversed. A partial refund that leaves them at $200 or more changes nothing.
Can I see what my colleagues pay?
No. Your card shows each colleague by practice name and where they are in the steps, never an amount.
Are there any limits?
Each colleague can be referred once, by one physician, and you cannot refer yourself. There is no cap on how many colleagues you refer.
How long does my link last?
Your link never expires. After a colleague clicks it, it carries over to sign-up for 30 days, so they do not have to sign up the same day.
My colleague shows as Joined. Why no credit?
A complimentary account does not earn credit. Your colleague still gets the longer trial.
